Estradiol's efficacy seems to vary widely with the person and the particular vehicle: I was on transdermal patches for two years ( , 2 patches changed twice weekly – considered a "high" dose of 17-beta estradiol), and my levels mostly stayed around 100 pg/mL, and I needed 100mg spironolactone daily to keep my testosterone down. When I switched to injections of Estradiol Valerate, as I was "titrating up" my testosterone was unmeasurably low at the same E2 level my patches were delivering. (I had decided to drop spiro at the same time due to it's side effects: for me it seemed to be fogging my brain and inducing suicidal ideation.) Increasing the dosage had the effect of adding a cup-size to my breasts after about two months of injections, after two years of HRT, at age 53 and with b-cup breasts already. This story is not unusual in the community, and it led me to try this form of HRT.

Methandienone (also known as methandrostenolone, Dbol, dianabol) is an orally-effective anabolic steroid originally developed in Germany and released in the US in the early 1960s by Ciba Specialty Chemicals. This is a derivative from testosterone, one of the most popular steroid compounds in the world and the second steroid (after testosterone) ever produced. Methandienone promotes dramatic increases in protein synthesis, glycogenolysis, and muscle strength over a short space of time.

The Mesterolone hormone is not estrogenic. It does not aromatize and it carries no progestin nature. As a result, the side effects of Proviron will not include any related effects such as gynecomastia or excess water retention. Such adverse effects are impossible with this steroid. This will also greatly reduce the risk of high blood pressure as high blood pressure associated with anabolic steroid use is often due to extreme water retention. In fact, Proviron should provide an anti-estrogenic effect by preventing testosterone to estrogen conversion or at least tremendously slow it down.

Christ. Finasteride has impotence, loss of interest in sex, trouble having an orgasm, abnormal ejaculation listed as "common" side effects. And "Less serious" side effects also include impotence, loss of interest in sex, or trouble having an orgasm, which may persist after discontinuation. I thought this was rare. Why on earth are these side effects considered non-serious? Does the doctor consider impotence in himself as non-serious? This is really disheartening, that they can list this s**t as non-serious. Fvck off with "non-serious". It's the same with many anti-depressants.
